FAQ

Poster & Prints

Who has done the illustrations?
Our illustrations are unique art created by our company. This means you are not supposed to find the illustrations in this store anywhere else than at The Baby Poster Store.

What kind of paper do you use for your posters?
The posters are printed on high quality 180 g/m2 matte paper.

What are the size of your posters?
Our posters are 50 x 70 cm (19,7 * 27,6 inches) and ’Nordic’ as default size. This is because your baby’s real birth length has to fit in the poster and also because you can easily find a frame for your poster.

Will there be more illustrations to choose from?
Yes. We will continuously update the store with more birth illustrations.

Delivery

What countries can I ship my order to?
We ship worldwide and the shipping for your poster is free.

How are your posters packaged?
Our baby posters are shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps ensuring protection during shipment.

How long time does it take before I get my poster?
– The delivery time depends on what country you order from. But we always aim to deliver your order as fast as possible.

Europe: 4-7 working days.
USA: 5-10 working days.
Rest of the world: 2-3 weeks.

Payment

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept almost all credit cards. At the moment we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express logos.

Is it safe to pay in your store?
Yes. Your transactions are handled through our secured SSL-certificate and the trusted gateway Stripe.

Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
Shipments may incur customs fees depending on which country you live in. This means you are responsible for customs fees. For our EU customers there is 6% VAT included in the price of the print.

Return & Refunds

What if my poster is damaged or it’s not what I expected?
Just send us an e-mail to contact@babyposterstore.com within 14 days of claiming your package at your drop of zone. Then you need to describe what the problem is and if the problem is on our end we will make sure you get a new poster. You have to pay attention though to what kind of problem it is, we do not provide a new poster for free if there are spelling mistakes or similar faults made on your own behalf. But we do of course take responsibility for the print quality.

What if my product is damaged during shipping?
We try our best to prevent this by using the best shipping and delivery partners possible. But of course sometimes accidents do or can occur during shipping. Just contact us on contact@babyposterstore.com and we will try to help out.
